Join this post natal yoga class with Terice Reimer-Clarke, long time certified yoga instructor and physiotherapist. In a supportive and nurturing environment, explore gradual asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) to support your birth healing journey & safe return to yoga and activity.
This class is for post partum moms who are recovering from birth. We ask women who had a vaginal delivery to wait at least 6 weeks before taking the class, and 12 weeks for moms who underwent a cesarean delivery. If you are not sure if the class is appropriate for you, please email us and we will happily discuss your situation.
Babies are welcome to the class, and we find the environment is best with non mobile babies. If your little one starts crawling through the program, we will ensure a safe environment as best as we can. However, you will be fully responsible for monitoring your baby through the class.
  • Attendance to the Post Partum Floor & Core Awareness Program is strongly encouraged before taking this class, as you will build on the information learned with Sophie. However, it is not mandatory.
  • Be minimum 6 weeks post partum for moms who recover from a vaginal delivery
  • Be minimum 12 weeks post partum for moms who recover from a cesarean delivery
DURATION: Weekly x 6-weeks
CAPACITY: small groups of 10 participants to maximize 1-1 feedback from the instructor

CANCELLATION POLICY: A 2-week notice is required for cancellation without charge. Payments will be processed on your credit card 2 weeks before the class starts. No refund after the cancellation deadline.
