Prenatal Preparation

  • Attend our prenatal class
    • In a small group setup, learn how to prepare your pelvis for birth
    • Meet & exchange with other Moms-to-Be in an open & welcoming space
    • Get the best recommendations for immediate post partum recovery phase, including advice for both c-section & vaginal deliveries
  • Book a 1-1 prenatal session
    • Through body work & advanced manual techniques, get effective relief from pelvic, low back, pubic symphysis, coccyx or hip pain, thus improving mobility & sleep, and keeping you active until Baby comes
    • Experience the perineal stretch and the Epi-No birth trainer to increase confidence towards delivery┬á & pushing
    • Ensure proper execution of your pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) for an optimal recovery
    • Get a prenatal assessment of your pelvic floor for a better comparaison point in your post partum recovery
  • Benefit from Sophie's training @ the Institute for Birth Healing (Colorado, USA)
    • Get your pelvis released from any tensions that may restrict mobility during delivery

Post natal pelvic health rehabilitation

  • Attend our Post Partum Core & Floor Awareness Program
    • Designed for moms in their 4th trimester (3 months post delivery)
    • Babies welcome!
    • Awaken your pelvic floor & core through effective & safe exercises
    • Benefit from the small group setup to get 1-1 feedback from Sophie
    • Get to socialize with other moms and their babies ­čÖé
    • Discuss and exchange about different topics of interest such as back pain prevention, do's and don'ts to avoid bladder problems and protect your body, comfortable return to sex life after baby & more
  • Book a 1-1 Postnatal assessment
    • Recommended as early as 6 weeks post partum
    • Home visit option, a service unique to our clinic, to avoid disrupting Baby's routine
